In these events, when there is an objective impossibility to find raw materials on the market, there might be a claim for ‘Force Majeure’. Indeed, it has to be clear that not all price increases can determine a claim for ‘Force Majeure’, in fact, it must be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and in relation to its extent, unpredictability and, also, upon the specific provisions of the contract.
